Our Company

G. Stephens, Inc. (GSI), founded in 1992, is a full-service Construction Management firm that provides services to clients throughout the States of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Understanding the specific objectives established by the client is our first step. We then tailor our management approach to satisfy their goals and needs, while always considering the end user. We face challenges head on and take pride in our ability and willingness to adapt to change.
